Tele Sales Representative
Position Overview:
As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via telephone to promote and sell our products or services. Your role will involve managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a desired action.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls. Maintain a database of leads and track interactions.Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company’s products or services and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs.Record Keeping:
Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback and report insights to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.Sales Skills:
Strong sales abilities and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Customer Focus:
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.Resilience:
Comfortable with handling rejection and persistence in achieving goals.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
